A1 Properties was established more than 22 years ago in Connecticut. We expanded 9 years ago to include properties in Myrtle Beach, SC & Conway SC and most recently Luxury Vacation homes in the gorgeous Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. We are extremely proud of our two newest properties Sand Dollar and Memories Made Here. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our Residents, while making their Leasing experience something to remember.

Celebrating 32 years in this industry, she dedicates herself to providing the best Leasing experience a Resident can have. After being personally trained by some the BEST in the industry, Jessica brings her personal touch and creativity to each property and knows how to connect people with the perfect apartment they have been looking for. Jessica plays many roles within the company; Investor, Consultant, hands on Project Manager of interior & exterior renovations within every community, Facilitator, Leasing, Marketing, and everyday tasks of a Property Manager. In April of 2022 Jessica began investing in Ocean Front & Channel Homes in the gorgeous Cherry Grove Area of Myrtle Beach. This includes leading capital improvements, redesign and staging at

Shannon has spent most of her adult life with a commitment to superior customer service. The Resident experience is very important to her. Do you have an idea for a Resident event or suggestion for the community? Shannon is your go to person for all things fun and social in the communities. She has a very particular eye for making each experience unique and special. When asking Shannon what she enjoys most about Myrtle Beach after relocating to Ohio she says: "I love spending time at the beach and with family and friends. I have a very special place in my heart for my two grandsons and am excited to start this amazing new chapter"

Jessica's nephew Anthony has grown up in the industry. He's always ready to landscape, lend Residents a hand in the winter and often by her side. He most recently has assisted in the renovation decisions at
Sand Dollar and Memories Made Here. Anthony will be continuing Technical School in the Fall focusing on the electrical trade.

Their relationship will continue with pool and spa maintenance being performed an astounding FIVE days a week for our guests!

Lily is the baby of our pack. At three years old she is a silly black Labrador and is often found with her best friend Willow. Willow is a periense mix and often makes cameos in our marketing when she is not with her family.

Viking is the newest addition to our pack. At five years old he moved here from Texas and is quickly acclimating to his duties as a marketing specialist. He is a very large and curious full size puppy.
